Have you chosen to receive an Olivia & Kate giftcard and the 10% discountcode?
You will receive the Olivia & Kate giftcard and 10% discount code by email within 1-2 working days after we have processed your return.

Have you paid with an Olivia & Kate giftcard / Fashioncheque / VVV cadeaukaart?
Then you will receive an Olivia & Kate giftcard code by email, within 14 days after we processed your return.

Have you paid with Klarna?
As soon as your return has been processed, the invoice will automatically be adjusted in your Klarna account within 24 hours.
