For returns of more than 4 items within the same order, a fee of €0.50 per additional item will be charged.

How annoying! Due to hygiene, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on jewelry. Olivia & Kate is not responsible for any allergic reactions to the jewelry ordered.
How are the costs of my return processed if I pay with a Fashion Check or partly with a Fashion Check?
When you return an item to us and have paid with a Fashion Check, the amount of the Fashion Check will first be refunded to your Fashion Check account. Any remaining outstanding amount will be refunded to the payment method used (for example your bank account).
This means that the costs will initially be deducted from your Fashion Check, and any remaining amounts will be refunded to your account.
