How does it work?

The O&K Member Club is a program that allows you to earn points and fantastic rewards. You receive loyalty points for every purchase (€1 = 1 point), which can be exchanged for gifts, events and other perks. You also earn points when you create an account, follow us on Social Media and you even get loyalty points on your birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the cash to earn free shipping and exclusive access to promotions and launches. You can view the full list of benefits on our rewards page. 

How do I sign up for the loyalty program?

Registering is easy! Create here Create an account by clicking here and entering your name, email address and password. It's free to join and you'll be automatically subscribed to receive emails about special events and all our latest offers. If you already have an account or email subscription with us, you're already enrolled in our loyalty program, so you can sit back, sign up and start earning points! You may already have points if you've recently purchased from us, online or in store.

Questions about your account

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

We have arranged that for you! All customers with an active account were automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please know that only one rewards account has been created per person.

Please note that purchases made prior to the launch of the loyalty program will not be converted into points on your account. With an existing account, points start at zero; keep collecting and interacting to change levels.

Where can I find all the information about my loyalty account?

The rewards page is your guide to all your points and perks. You can access all your information through here to go to our rewards page.

Do I get points for purchases I made before I created my account?

You will only receive points for purchases made after you create an account. Make sure you create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

Does it cost anything to start collecting points?

Absolutely not! Registering is 100% free and it never costs you anything to earn points.

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply head here to view all our great reward options and click the 'Choose Product' button to redeem your chosen reward.

Please note: you can only redeem one code at a time within the loyalty program!

Can I use my loyalty points in the store?

Yes! All points you have earned from purchases in the store and online store are registered on your account and can be used when you visit our store.

Troubleshooting

Why didn't I earn points with my purchase?

Make sure you're logged in to your account and haven't accidentally checked out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. You will also not receive points if you return your purchase or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that points you earn on a purchase that you later return will be deducted from your points balance.

I should have earned points for a purchase/offer, but I haven't seen my account balance change. Did I receive credit?

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to be confident that all your points are where they should be... on your account! The first thing you need to know is that there may be a delay in communication between our systems and it may take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours for the points to appear in your account. However, if you feel like you've earned points but they're not showing up on your account, you can also fix it with these tricks:

⦁ Try refreshing your browser.
⦁ Try logging out and logging back into your account.
⦁ Check your 'Rewards History' in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it. In your Rewards History, you'll see the number of points you've earned, how and when they were earned, and any points you've redeemed on your account.

If you still feel that your points balance is incorrect, you can send an email to webshop@olivia-kate.nl and they will investigate the problem for you.
