Internship: All-round Online Marketing

On July 1, 2017, Olivia & Kate opened its boutique doors for the first time in Haarlem's nicest street. Due to great success, our webshop followed within 3 months, www.olivia-kate.nl. Our webshop is now growing into one of the fastest growing webshops in the Netherlands. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague for our webshop. In this position you will assist in the field of social media & PR. You will be given a lot of responsibility and this will give you a good look behind the scenes. This allows you to develop yourself personally and professionally during your internship. 

Responsibilities:

  • Writing catchy advertising texts
  • Post videos on YouTube and ensure a consistent appearance
  • Writing and publishing blog posts and SEO texts for our website
  • Support with preparing our new collections
  • Researching trends in social media, content and marketing
  • Supporting shoots and creative productions
  • Assist in setting up and executing marketing campaigns
  • Analyzing and reporting social media statistics
  • Support with influencer marketing
  • Provide support in the warehouse if necessary

Must have:

  • Minimum education: HBO
  • Is taking a course in marketing/communication/commercial/e-commerce
  • Living in the Haarlem area or in possession of an annual public transport pass

Skills:

  • You have a passion for fashion and the latest trends
  • You are addicted to social media (particularly Instagram & TikTok)
  • You can perform under pressure and are stress-resistant
  • You can write well creatively and have a feeling for language and tone of voice
  • You get along well with Canva
  • You have an excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
  • You are organized and work in a structured manner

Information: 

  • Location: Haarlem center (near Haarlem / Spaarnwoude station)
  • Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (depending on schedule)
  • Days: full-time
  • Period: minimum 5 months
  • Laptop: own laptop at your disposal
  • Start date: in consultation
