Due to great success, our webshop followed within 3 months, www.olivia-kate.nl. Our webshop is now growing into one of the fastest growing webshops in the Netherlands. We are hiring! 

We are immediately looking for an enthusiastic on-call worker who can support us during the holiday period in our warehouse and in our customer service department.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing new collection & additions
  • Labeling of incoming stock
  • Process returns & exchanges
  • Administrative work
  • Support on customer service email
  • Transport stock to store
  • Breakage processing

  • Skills

  • You like hard work and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You can multitask well, set priorities and are solution-oriented
  • You can work quickly, in an organized and structured manner
  • You have an enthusiastic character, are sociable and have a quick conversation
  • You can perform under pressure and are stress-resistant
  • You are independent, ambitious and a go-getter
  • You are flexible in working hours and do not have a 9-5 mentality
  • Must have:

  • Minimum MBO education
  • Living in the Haarlem area
  • In possession of a driver's license (not an advantage, but is our preference)
  • Respond from 16 years

  • Information: 

  • Location: Olivia & Kate head office / Haarlem
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Days: on-call worker (Mon-Fri / available for at least 3 days)
  • Start date: ASAP (holiday period)
  • Contract: 2 to 4 months (in consultation)
