Store Manager

We are hiring!

On July 1, 2017, Olivia & Kate opened its boutique doors for the first time in Haarlem's nicest street. Since then we have been growing so fast with our store and webshop. We are therefore immediately looking for an experienced store manager for our store in Haarlem. As a store manager you are responsible for the store's sales growth and target achievement and manage the team accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team
• Sales growth & achieving targets
• Drawing up schedules & absenteeism due to illness 
• Sales, advice and styling to consumers
• Keeping track of inventory
• Merchandise from the store 
• Guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction
• Processing new products & collections in the store

Must have:

• Minimum MBO education
• You are available for at least 4 days / 3 days in the shop and 1 day in HQ
• Flexible to work on weekends
• Living in the Haarlem area
• Experience in retail

Skills: 

• You are precise, stress-resistant and work in a structured way 
• You don't have a 9-5 mentality
• You have a sense of fashion and the latest trends
• You are creative, independent, ambitious and a go-getter

Information:

• Location: Haarlem center
• Number of hours: min 24-32 hours per week (part-time)
• Days: preferably 4 days a week (minimum 3)
• Start date: ASAP
